Duncan Seawall was established in 1979 and has the necessary equipment and personnel needed to
take on any size project. We have become the area’s largest and most respected marine construction
company due to our reputation for providing excellent service, quality workmanship, and dedication
to customer relationships.
Duncan Seawall believes that each and every customer inquiry be addressed in the same manner, no matter the job size. The sales team is committed to return any and all calls within 24 hours, schedule an on-site visit within two days, and submit a written proposal within three days. Every call and subsequent communication with a customer is tracked through Duncan Seawall’s Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). This system documents the entire process from the initial inquiry, to permit processing, to job completion. This allows each customer the opportunity to receive valuable information on the status of his or her project even if a sales representative is unavailable.
Duncan Seawall is aware of the liability concerns of its customers and therefore carries the federally mandated insurance (USL&H, Jones Act) specific to all work done on, or near, navigable waterways. The coverage from these special insurance policies protects the customer from liability due to an injured worker on his or her property.

Our service department is managed by a dedicated service manager who handles all in-coming service calls and is committed to responding to each call in less than 24-hours.
